In short

The tools are free, provided as-is, and run in your browser. Their numbers are estimates, not advice — what you publish and what you charge are your decisions. Nothing you type reaches us, so there is nothing for us to claim a licence over. Do not attack the site, do not use the tools to build anything that breaks Instagram’s rules, and do not tell anyone StealthGram is connected to Instagram, because it is not.

Last updated: 29 July 2026. Using this site means you accept what is written here. If you do not, close the tab — nothing is installed and there is no account to cancel.

This page is written in plain English on purpose. Legalese would work against the one thing this site really offers: that you can check every claim it makes.

The tools are free and provided as-is

Everything on StealthGram is free: no paid tier, no trial, no account, no feature held back behind a sign-up. In exchange, the tools come with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use them at your own risk.

What “as-is” actually means for a browser tool

“As-is” is a phrase people skim past, so here is what it means in practice for software that runs on your machine rather than ours:

  • It runs on your hardware, under conditions we cannot see. A tool that works perfectly in a current desktop Chrome may behave differently in an old mobile browser, a hardened enterprise build, or a page an extension is injecting scripts into.
  • The image tools depend on your device’s memory. The carousel splitter, size checker, safe zone checker and grid planner draw your file onto a canvas in local memory. Very large files can exhaust it, and the browser — not the site — decides what happens next. Each of those tools has a size guard, but a guard is a mitigation, not a promise.
  • Anything you saved lives only in your browser. Clearing site data, using a private window or switching devices means the saved work is gone, with no server-side copy to restore it from.
  • There is no support obligation. No SLA, no ticket queue, no guaranteed fix time, no guaranteed fix.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage, lost revenue, lost data or lost time arising from use of, or inability to use, this site — including a deal priced from a calculator output, a post cropped differently from a preview, or an arrangement lost when browser storage was cleared. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability; there, the above applies only as far as permitted, and nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Outputs are estimates, not advice

Every number here is a starting point

The calculators apply published industry ranges and documented multipliers to the figures you type in. They do not read live Instagram data and they do not know your niche, your audience quality or what a specific brand will pay. Treat a result as an opening position you can defend, not a price anyone owes you.

Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing creates a client relationship. The distinction matters most in three places.

Rate figures are negotiation starting points

The influencer rate calculator multiplies a per-follower base rate for your niche by your follower count, then applies published multipliers for deliverable type, engagement, usage rights, exclusivity and retainer length. Every multiplier is printed in the results panel so you can disagree with a figure and adjust it. That transparency is the point — but it does not make the output a market rate. No platform publishes an official rate table, and no brand is obliged to pay what the tool says.

An honest limitation the tool states about itself: its engagement multiplier bottoms out at ×0.70 while the base rate keeps scaling with follower count, so it will still quote a higher price for a padded account than for a smaller genuine one. A brand running a real audit will not.

Growth projections are arithmetic, not forecasts

The follower growth calculator takes the gain you measured over a period you specify and extends it forward. Its pessimistic and optimistic scenarios are simply your measured rate halved and multiplied by 1.5 — labelled as such on screen. It is not modelling Instagram, your niche, seasonality or a post that happens to travel, and projections are capped at 24 months because beyond that the arithmetic stops meaning anything. A date on a milestone chart describes what would happen if nothing changed. Something always changes.

Posting-time windows are population-level starting points

The best time to post calculator maps research-informed activity windows for a broad audience type onto the time zones you select. Those windows describe when people in general tend to be on their phones, not when your followers are. Your own Instagram Insights, under the Professional dashboard, know your audience’s actual active hours and this site never can. Use the tool to pick a first schedule and a set of times to test; use your own data to replace it.

More broadly: an engagement benchmark is not a rule Instagram enforces, a size recommendation is not a guarantee about a future app version, and a hashtag tier label is an editorial judgement bundled with the page rather than a live post count.

You are responsible for what you publish and what you charge

A caption, hashtag set, font style, price, projection or crop you take from this site becomes your content and your commercial decision the moment you use it. Check it against Instagram’s own rules, against any sponsored-content disclosure requirements where you live, and against any contract you have signed. If you quote a client a price derived from a calculator here, that quote is yours, not ours.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

We try to keep the benchmark ranges, image specifications and safe zones current, but Instagram changes its interface and recommended dimensions without notice, and published industry figures get revised. Some of what is here will drift out of date. Where a tool relies on a benchmark or multiplier it shows the value used, so you can check it against your own sources rather than assuming ours are fresh. The safe zone overlays are approximations measured from the current app, not a published inset table, and are labelled approximate wherever they appear.

Availability is not guaranteed either. The site may go offline, break, change, or lose a tool at any time, without notice and without a migration path. Because nothing you do here is stored on a server, an outage cannot lose your data — but it can interrupt your work. Do not build a client deadline around a free tool being up.

Your content is yours, and it never reaches us

The captions you type, the prices you calculate, the photographs you split and the grid you plan are your property and your responsibility. We claim no licence over any of it — not a limited one, not a royalty-free one, not a “solely to operate the service” one.

That is not generosity; it is a consequence of the architecture. A licence clause over user content exists because a service receives that content: files are uploaded, stored, processed on someone’s servers and perhaps moved between regions, and the operator needs permission to do those things lawfully. That chain requires a transfer. Here there is no transfer — the tools have no backend that accepts what you type, and the image tools read a local object URL rather than posting a file anywhere. There is nothing for a licence to attach to.

The practical difference shows up when you are handling something sensitive: an unpublished campaign asset, an embargoed product photo, a caption for an announcement that has not gone out. On an upload-based tool, whatever the terms say, the file has left your machine and you are trusting a policy. Here you can confirm it instead: open developer tools, switch to the Network tab, load a tool, clear the request list and then use it. Nothing further should appear. The privacy policy describes this in full.

One responsibility stays with you regardless: you must have the right to use the images you open in the image tools, which measure and crop pixels and cannot check who owns them.

Our intellectual property

The site’s code, layout, wording, icons, tool designs and the curated hashtag dataset bundled with the hashtag set builder belong to the operator of StealthGram, except where a component carries its own licence. Concretely:

  • You may use every tool freely, including for paid client work. No commercial-use restriction, no attribution requirement on outputs, no licence to buy. A social media manager billing an agency rate for work assisted by these tools is exactly the intended use.
  • You may quote and link with attribution. Quoting a passage in an article, screenshotting a result in a course or a client deck, or recommending a tool in a newsletter is all welcome. Name the site and link to the page.
  • You may not rehost the tools as your own. Copying the JavaScript modules, restyling them and running them under another brand is not permitted, and neither is republishing this site’s written explanations as your own content.
  • You may not scrape the site wholesale. Reading pages normally is fine; bulk-harvesting them or the hashtag dataset for republication or resale is not, and neither is crawling at a rate that degrades the site for others.

Acceptable use

The site is open to anyone with a browser. A few things are not:

  • Do not attack the site. No probing for vulnerabilities, no attempts to reach the server or its administration area without authorisation, no denial-of-service or load testing, no content injection.
  • Do not use these tools to build or promote anything that violates Instagram’s terms. That includes bought followers, likes, views or comments; engagement pods presented as organic reach; automation that logs in as a user, mass-follows, mass-likes or sends unsolicited DMs; and anything that collects other people’s Instagram credentials. A rate card, caption set or grid plan produced here must not be used to market or service any of that.
  • Do not misrepresent what StealthGram is. Do not present the tools, or any output from them, as affiliated with, endorsed by or provided by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc., and do not describe a calculator result as an official figure.
  • Do not produce assets here for impersonation, harassment or deception. A convincing bio and a well-planned grid make a fake account more convincing too, and that is outside what this site is for.

Because the tools run entirely in your browser, we have few enforcement levers and are not pretending otherwise: this section describes expected conduct, not a monitoring regime.

Storage, accounts and recovery

There is no account on this site: nothing to create, nothing to log into, no password to reset, and no email address collected unless you choose to type one into the contact form. Several tools can save your work — engagement rate history, caption drafts, hashtag sets, starred font styles, a grid arrangement — and every one of those values is written to your own browser’s local storage. The privacy policy lists each key and which tool writes it.

What matters here is the consequence: there is no backup and no recovery. We never receive a copy, so we cannot restore one. Nothing syncs between your laptop and your phone, or between two browsers on one machine, and clearing site data deletes everything permanently. Where a tool produces something you would be upset to lose, it offers a text, CSV or ZIP export — use it, and treat the browser copy as a convenience rather than storage.

Third-party links

Some pages link to outside destinations — Instagram’s own help documentation, published references, occasionally a third-party article. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement, we do not vouch for their accuracy, availability or safety, and their terms and privacy practices are theirs rather than ours.

Age and eligibility

Instagram itself requires account holders to be at least 13, and these tools are built for people running an account. Use them if you are old enough to hold one where you live and are legally able to accept these terms. There is no age gate, because there is no account and no data collection that would make one meaningful.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site changes: a tool is added, a limitation becomes clearer, or a paragraph turns out to be wrong. Revisions are published on this page with the date at the top updated, and take effect when published. There is no mailing list to notify you, because we collect no addresses, so changes show up only in that date line. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

Governing law

We are not going to invent a jurisdiction. Many sites name a country and a court; naming one that does not correspond to a real, disclosed operating entity would be a fiction, and this site’s whole argument is that it tells you nothing you cannot check. So this section stays general: these are ordinary contractual terms, and any dispute falls under the law that properly applies to the operator and to you, determined in the usual way rather than by a clause chosen for convenience. If a specific governing law and forum become appropriate, this section will be replaced with them and the date above updated.

Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. If a provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, read it as narrowly as needed to make it enforceable, or sever it; the rest continues to apply.

Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

StealthGram is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe what the tools are for. We never access, automate or connect to any Instagram account. Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram’s own terms, which these neither replace nor modify.

Contact

Messages can be sent through the contact form, which is linked in the footer of every page. Support addresses are published as well: legal@stealthgram.in.net for anything about these terms, and contact@stealthgram.in.net for everything else. A submission is stored on this server and read by a person; there is no ticketing system and no autoresponder behind it, so expect a reply in days rather than minutes, and expect that some categories of message — outreach, guest posts, affiliate requests — will get none at all. Beyond that, these terms are take-it-or-leave-it: read them, and if you are not comfortable with any of it, do not use the tools.

Legal notices and questions about these terms go to legal@stealthgram.in.net. General questions go to contact@stealthgram.in.net, and anything about privacy or stored data to privacy@stealthgram.in.net. The contact form reaches the same place and does not depend on mail delivery.
